30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• The item should not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• If the return shipping cost is covered by Mineral 84, that amount may also be deducted where applicable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been significantly used or are nearly empty.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse.

• Items returned after the 30-day return period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.
